Who We Are

  • We partner with executive teams, strategy, customer experience, and transformation leaders across industries who are seeking greater clarity, alignment, and differentiation -helping them embed customer insight into how their organizations define purpose, shape culture, and make strategic decisions.

  • We begin by deeply understanding customers, leaders, and the organization to uncover what truly matters. We then align purpose, culture, and strategy around those insights, designing practical systems, behaviors, and governance that embed the customer’s voice into everyday decisions. Our approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on building lasting capability -so customer-centricity becomes how the organization operates, not just an initiative it runs.

  • Timberwilde Consulting Group was born from a simple, persistent observation:

Organizations don’t fail because they lack ambition, intelligence, or data—they struggle because they lose touch with the people they exist to serve.

Across industries, leaders spoke passionately about being customer focused. Teams invested in research, surveys, and feedback platforms. Yet too often, the customer’s voice lived in dashboards rather than in decisions, in reports rather than conversations, and on walls rather than in action.

Timberwilde Consulting Group was created to change that.

We saw firsthand that the organizations that truly thrive share one defining characteristic: they don’t treat customer insight as an input—they treat it as a compass. In these organizations, the customer’s voice shapes strategy discussions, informs cultural expectations, and guides everyday decisions at every level of the business.

The belief at the heart of Timberwilde is clear and unwavering:

When the customer’s voice is embedded into every decision, organizations become clearer, stronger, and more resilient.

The name Timberwilde reflects this philosophy. Just as a thriving forest depends on deep, interconnected roots, strong organizations are built on a foundation of understanding—understanding what customers value, what they struggle with, and what earns their trust. Without those roots, growth may be fast, but it is fragile. With them, growth is sustainable.

Timberwilde was not created to deliver generic consulting frameworks or one-size-fits-all solutions. It was created to help leaders listen differently, decide more confidently, and align their organizations around what matters most.

The work goes beyond collecting feedback; it focuses on translating customer truth into purpose, shaping culture through customer-centered behaviors, and building strategies that stand apart in crowded markets.

At its core, Timberwilde Consulting Group exists to help organizations reconnect with their “why”—through the eyes of their customers. Because when customers feel heard, organizations gain clarity. When clarity exists, culture aligns. And when culture and strategy align around the customer, organizations don’t just perform better—they endure.
